Akhilesh Sattenapalli is a senior program and project management leader with over a decade of experience delivering enterprise technology platforms across fintech, government services, digital identity, and cloud-native environments. At WorkSafeBC, he directed a $3M digital transformation program that modernized claims processing, virtual hearings, and citizen service portals through secure mobile and cloud platforms. His prior roles at Cognizant, OneSpan, and Videri involved leading cross-functional teams to build scalable SaaS platforms, deploy microservice-based e-commerce layers, and launch secure transaction systems for regulated industries.
Akhilesh brings a strong track record of managing complex platform migrations, agile delivery cycles, and vendor relationships across hybrid and globally distributed teams. His leadership style emphasizes delivery rigor, stakeholder transparency, and outcomes that align with both business and engineering objectives. At Autheo, he plays a critical role in coordinating decentralized product delivery, validator onboarding, and the execution of our modular infrastructure roadmap.

His work directly supports Autheo’s Layer-1 platform operations, ecosystem tooling, and partner-facing delivery.
Education
Akhilesh holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from Concordia University in Montreal and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University in India. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has completed executive education in Management Essentials at Harvard Business School.
