As Director of Data Operations and Media Systems at Autheo, she plays a key role in translating structured workforce intelligence into blockchain-native reporting tools that support validator activity, decentralized identity metrics, and ecosystem-wide analytics. Her background includes senior roles at Yeti Coolers and The Home Depot, where she led KPI dashboarding, multilingual infrastructure development, and real-time queue management to support global support systems and cross-channel operations.
At Yeti, Erica launched Spanish-language support systems and Salesforce reporting pipelines, strengthening both accessibility and backend analytics. Her experience includes managing call volume models, SLA tracking, and live escalation frameworks—systems she now adapts for Autheo’s decentralized compute and orchestration layers. She is instrumental in ensuring that Autheo’s platform captures verifiable, actionable metrics across validators, DevHub contributors, and modular service participants. Erica’s current work also explores the integration of blockchain-compatible media workflows and decentralized content operations into Autheo’s future-facing infrastructure.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Texas State University, with dual majors in Electronic Media and Spanish.
