Frank Frausto is a pioneering digital marketing and Web3 executive with over two decades of experience leading high-growth initiatives at the intersection of technology, blockchain, and brand innovation. He spent more than 14 years at Google, where he helped shape the foundation of modern digital advertising as one of the company’s earliest AdWords Optimization Specialists and a founding member of its New Business Sales organization. Frank advised Fortune 1000 brands during their transition from traditional to digital media, generating millions in revenue and developing scalable strategies that contributed to Google’s dominance as the world’s leading advertising platform. As Google's global lead trainer, he also coached internal teams across 12 countries on product adoption, sales performance, and growth frameworks.
Since 2016, Frank has been a full-time leader in blockchain and decentralized ecosystems, recognizing early the transformative potential of Web3 technologies. He founded Tailor Made Digital Marketing after leaving Google in 2017 and went on to serve as Chief Marketing Officer at EQIFi, a decentralized banking platform, and Beyond Enterprizes, a strategic blockchain advisory firm. He also served as Vice President of Marketing for BitNile Holdings (NYSE: NILE), where he led the go-to-market launch of a Bitcoin-based super-app marketplace aimed at bringing crypto to mainstream users. His work spans decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenization, NFTs, and digital identity, bridging the performance mindset of Web2 with the community-driven ethos of Web3.
At Autheo, Frank leads global marketing, brand strategy, and ecosystem growth—overseeing go-to-market initiatives that drive adoption of Autheo’s Layer-Zero Operating System. His campaigns span the platform’s decentralized developer environment, token-enabled creator economy, and integrated Web2/Web3 applications—bridging traditional marketing frameworks with the emerging network logic of the Living Internet.

Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San José State University. Frank has been featured in leading industry publications including Digital Journal for his leadership in marketing transformation.
