Experience Highlights
Hernan Gonzalez Buteler is a senior technical leader with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, project management, and platform delivery across enterprise, startup, and decentralized environments. A former engineer at Google and co-founder of the software firm Netbrain, Hernan has led the successful execution of more than 25 software products—ranging from AI-integrated enterprise systems to modular platforms aligned with decentralized infrastructure principles. At Netbrain, he scaled the team from three to fifteen developers, delivering multi-tenant solutions that enabled interoperable deployment across sectors including e-commerce, education, and telecom.
Currently serving as Senior Technical Project Manager at Fact Finders Pro, Hernan oversees AI architecture, distributed development cycles, and cloud-native engineering workflows. His experience spans LLM orchestration, modular backend design, and cloud DevOps integration across AWS and Azure. Hernan’s leadership aligns directly with Autheo’s infrastructure goals—particularly in orchestrating distributed teams, scaling modular SDK systems, and advancing platform-wide DevHub operations.
