Currently serving as Program Manager and Director of PMO at Integral Analytics, he oversees the deployment of advanced software solutions, guiding cross-functional teams through complex implementations while ensuring client success, vendor coordination, and executive-level reporting. Previously, James directed engineering and cloud migration programs at NCR, where he led teams of 30+ engineers and architects in transitioning financial services to Google Cloud, significantly improving resilience and operational readiness. At AVI-SPL, he managed multimillion-dollar programs for Navy Federal Credit Union, Apple, Amazon, and the FBI, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. His earlier career includes project leadership roles at Trextel, Carters, and Publix, where he delivered enterprise-scale rollouts, IT infrastructure modernization, and AV technology deployments across hundreds of locations. James also founded a nonprofit initiative to expand blockchain and cryptocurrency STEM education for underserved students, reflecting his commitment to innovation and community impact.
