As Senior Motion Graphic Design Lead at Autheo, Jeff shapes the platform’s visual experience layer—developing decentralized storytelling systems, animated UX elements, and motion-driven user engagement tools that bring Web3 ecosystems to life. His career includes creative leadership roles at major studios and blockchain ventures, including work on NFT campaigns, DAO communications, and immersive design frameworks.

Previously, Jeff served as Design Lead at AppLovin, where he produced data-informed motion graphics, launched a visual internship program, and refined performance marketing campaigns. At Capsule Social, he developed the core visual identity for a censorship-resistant publishing platform, advancing decentralized communication through motion-driven narratives. His earlier work includes roles at DreamWorks, Disney, and Red Hill Studios, where he contributed to cinematic animation, 360° projection, and interactive media.
