Mihaela (Ella) Suarasan is a veteran financial executive and CPA with more than 26 years of experience in corporate finance, enterprise accounting, and multinational fiscal operations. Currently serving as Corporate Controller and Director of Accounting at Atomic Brands, she oversees all aspects of financial systems and controls, including manufacturing cost models, productivity pipelines, inventory audits, regulatory reporting, and a major ERP transformation initiative using NetSuite. Her career includes leadership roles at Arrow Electronics, Leggett & Platt, and Omnivere, where she directed global ERP implementations, drove cost and P&L optimization, and managed complex consolidations across GAAP and IFRS environments.
Ella's cross-industry background spans manufacturing, logistics, tech, and professional services, enabling her to architect financial systems that are compliant, scalable, and data-driven. Her fluency in operational and forensic accounting, regulatory compliance, and internal audit makes her an invaluable steward for blockchain-based financial infrastructure. At Autheo, her experience supports the buildout of tokenized accounting systems, enterprise-grade reporting frameworks, and regulated blockchain finance models across sovereign and institutional deployments.
