Ryan Teigen is a certified mental performance coach and behavior specialist with deep expertise in athlete development, wellness analytics, and community engagement. At Autheo, he leads outreach and programming at the intersection of sports psychology, tokenized performance, and decentralized identity. His work activates creator communities focused on health and achievement, designing systems that bring real-world behavior change into blockchain-enabled environments. Drawing on his background in applied behavior analysis and data-informed coaching, Ryan supports Autheo’s mission to create secure, measurable, and inclusive performance ecosystems within decentralized networks.
Prior to Autheo, Ryan founded Perseverance Performance LLC, where he coached athletes, facilitated group performance workshops, and implemented personalized training plans across youth, collegiate, and professional sports. His previous roles at WebMD Health Services included health coaching and lifestyle assessments for corporate wellness clients, integrating biometric data, goal-setting frameworks, and cognitive training. He now applies this experience to Web3-aligned initiatives, where on-chain progress tracking, decentralized coaching platforms, and gamified performance validation empower users across the Autheo ecosystem.

Education
Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Sport Psychology from the John F. Kennedy School of Sport Psychology at National University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology from Concordia University Wisconsin. He has earned the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and completed Google’s Foundations of Business Intelligence course. He is also an Eagle Scout and a recognized member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
