Tomas Peycere is a seasoned program delivery leader with more than 15 years of experience overseeing complex software development, infrastructure deals, and team coordination across blockchain, fintech, and enterprise environments. He currently serves as Program & Delivery Manager at Input Output Global (IOG), where he leads the global rollout of Lace, Cardano’s flagship Web3 wallet. In this role, Tomas manages cross-functional engineering squads, oversees vendor collaboration, and ensures structured delivery across blockchain-native products focused on decentralized identity and user onboarding.
Prior to IOG, Tomas held key delivery and leadership roles at Inviu, Wolox, BairesDev, and CGP/Poly, where he directed agile product launches, scaled teams, and coordinated $1.5B+ in infrastructure projects spanning Latin America and China. His experience spans digital banking, mobile ecosystems, and renewable energy initiatives. Tomas combines strong technical coordination with financial and operational oversight, bringing a global, multilingual perspective to blockchain delivery and validator ecosystem execution at Autheo.

Tomas specializes in agile program delivery, decentralized product lifecycle management, vendor and stakeholder alignment, and cross-border infrastructure execution. He brings expertise in blockchain wallet systems, change management, budget strategy, enterprise risk control, and hypothesis-driven development.
