THEO Token
THEO Token for TheoID & Identity
THEO is planned to support TheoID, Autheo's sovereign identity layer, as it rolls out. TheoID is designed to let individuals, enterprises, IoT devices, and AI agents establish verifiable on-chain identities. Its post-quantum cryptography is not yet threaded into the live system.
TheoID is being built as a core component of the Autheo Layer-0 OS. As it rolls out, validators, users, devices, and AI agents will be able to use a self-sovereign identity. The planned post-quantum cryptography around Kyber and Dilithium is not yet threaded into the live system.
Unlike traditional centralized identity systems (OAuth, SSO, government IDs) or early blockchain identity attempts (ENS, DID), TheoID is designed with a post-quantum roadmap. As quantum computing advances, classical ECDSA-based identities become vulnerable; Autheo's planned NIST-standard integration is not yet threaded into the live system.
For enterprises and DeFi protocols, TheoID is designed to support optional on-chain compliance layers as it rolls out. Users will be able to attach verifiable credentials to TheoID without exposing underlying personal data, while THEO is planned to support credential issuance, revocation, and verification.
