Bruce Banaei is a veteran technologist and Full-Stack Engineer with over 23 years of experience leading enterprise-scale development teams and architecting mission-critical systems. As a Certified Scrum Master and strategic technology executive, he has managed teams of up to 50 engineers across leading institutions, including the Royal Bank of Canada and Harvard University. His track record includes designing and deploying scalable platforms that integrate seamlessly with business objectives, optimizing both performance and operational efficiency. At Autheo, Bruce drives the technical vision and infrastructure behind the Layer-1 blockchain and Fullstack DevHub, applying decades of leadership to build secure, modular systems for decentralized identity, orchestration, and sovereign compute.
Bruce’s dual focus on technical execution and business alignment makes him a key architect of Autheo’s long-term roadmap. He excels at managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs and translating deep technical requirements into scalable solutions that support Web3-native tools, SDKs, and platform services.
