You teach naturally
You explain things to others even when no one's paying you. Threads, rough tutorials, Discord answers at midnight.
You're early
You have a small or no audience. You haven't been 'claimed' by another protocol. Your loyalty is to the technology.
Important: If you're currently employed by or significantly compensated by a competing blockchain protocol (Ethereum Foundation, Solana Foundation, Polygon, etc.) as an advocate or developer relations lead, this program is not the right fit. We ask about this in the form.

Live-Stream Builder
Build on Autheo in public. Ship contracts, debug live, show the developer experience in real time. The most persuasive demo is a real developer having a good experience — visibly.
Content Creator
Tutorials, technical threads, explainer videos, blog posts. Content that persists and compounds — indexed, searchable, shareable. Autheo's docs get better every time you publish.
Community Lead
Own Autheo's developer presence in your region. Run local workshops, connect incoming devs to the ecosystem, moderate and grow the community in your language and timezone.

THEO token grant vests over 24 months with a 6-month cliff. We're building a multi-year relationship, not a quarterly campaign. Accepted Superheroes receive full grant details at the offer stage.
One seat per region. Five total.
A developer in Lagos needs to see someone building the same infrastructure as a developer in Seoul. That's the point.

Common questions
Do I need a large audience to apply?
No. We actively prefer applicants with under 5,000 followers. We are not buying an existing audience — we're building one together. A small, engaged community is worth far more to us than a large passive one.
How much time does this require?
Tier 1 Superheroes commit to one live stream and four content pieces per month minimum. It's designed to be part-time compatible at entry level, scaling as you grow into the program.
Can I apply if I'm a student or early in my career?
Yes. The program was designed for people earlier in their careers. If you've been building on blockchain for even 6 months and you can explain what you've built, we want to hear from you.
What if my first language isn't English?
We primarily need English-language content for the initial phase. But we actively want to expand into non-English production — we think it's a competitive advantage. If you can produce content in your local language in addition to English, tell us.
Is this a full-time role?
Not at entry level. It's a part-time creator-developer partnership with stipend and token compensation. Superheroes who demonstrate exceptional output can grow into a more substantive relationship over time.
